As an International Trade Helpdesk customer, you can call or email us for advice, guidance and support on any issues or problems you are experiencing or to ask any questions you have relating to International Trade.

Whether you need advice on tariff codes, Incoterms, export or import controls, licences, the content of your export documents, the Letter of Credit process, or anything else, our experts are on hand to provide answers and guidance when you need it.

Whatever level of support you require, we will have a package to suit you. We offer three different International Trade Helpdesk packages, available from as little as £125+VAT per month. You could also enjoy 12 months of support for the price of 11 if you pay your subscription annually.

Top up hours are available on these packages should you find you occasionally need more support than you have paid for through your subscription.

International Trade Helpdesk customers also benefit from a discount on all our other time-based services at a rate of 10% for annual subscribers and 5% for monthly subscribers.

We can also offer our International Trade Helpdesk services on a Pay As You Go basis.
